1.1 Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the 367bd platform and all of its associated services. "367bd", "we", "our" or "platform" refers to the website https://367bd.cam and all of its services. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any registered or unregistered individual who visits or uses this platform.

1.2 Age Requirements

367bd is an adult gaming platform. Only individuals aged 21 or older may register and use the services. We may request a national identity card or other valid documents at any time for age verification. Minors are not permitted to register, and any such attempt will result in permanent account termination.

1.3 Right to Amend Terms

367bd reserves the right to change, revise or update these terms at any time, with or without prior notice. Registered members will be notified at their registered email address of any significant changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2.1 Registration Requirements

To open an account on 367bd, users must provide accurate and truthful information. Each individual may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

The name, date of birth, mobile number and payment method details provided at registration must be accurate. 367bd will not be held responsible if verification fails at the time of withdrawal due to incorrect information provided.

2.2 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. 367bd will never ask for your password by phone, email or live chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately and change your password.

2.3 Right to Suspend or Close Accounts

367bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account without notice for any of the following reasons:

• Evidence of breach of terms or fraudulent activity
• Evidence of operating multiple accounts
• Suspicion of money laundering or illegal transactions
• Bonus abuse or attempts to exploit the system
• Threatening or inappropriate behaviour toward other users or staff
• Submission of fake identity documents or forged paperwork

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the 367bd platform is ৳500. We currently accept the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Before making a deposit, ensure you are sending to the correct payment method and the correct account number. 367bd is not responsible for funds sent to the wrong number.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional time may be required for identity verification during a first-time withdrawal.

Withdrawals will always be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Exceptions require approval from the management team.

3.3 Verification

A KYC (Know Your Customer) process may need to be completed before withdrawal. This may require a copy of a national identity card, a selfie or additional documents. 367bd reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, if you deposit ৳5,000, your account will be credited with a total of ৳10,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times (25x). This means you must wager 25 times the total bonus amount before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Example: for a ৳4,000 bonus, a total of ৳100,000 must be wagered.

The time limit for meeting the wagering requirements and which games count toward them will be specified at the time the bonus is claimed.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Policy

Bonuses are for honest personal use only. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus cancellation and account suspension:

• Claiming the same bonus through multiple accounts
• Attempting to meet wagering requirements by betting against oneself (arbing)
• Artificially fulfilling wagering requirements through low-risk bets
• Colluding with friends or family to take advantage of bonus offers

4.4 VIP Program

367bd has four VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each tier comes with weekly cashback benefits — up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.4% at Silver, 0.6% at Gold and 0.8% at Platinum. Progression to the next tier depends on overall activity and loyalty on the platform.

5.1 Integrity Policy

367bd believes in fair play. The use of software bots, automated scripts, hacking tools or any other fraudulent methods on the platform is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately and deposited funds will be forfeited.

5.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a server error, internet disconnection or other technical problem, 367bd will attempt to refund the relevant bet amount. However, 367bd is not liable for technical issues caused by third parties.

367bd reserves the right to void any transaction where an abnormal win results from exploiting a software bug or glitch.

5.3 Finality of Game Results

All game results are determined by the servers of the respective game providers and are final. If you have a dispute regarding a game result, you must notify the support team within the specified time limit.

6.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 367bd platform:

• Money laundering or depositing illegally obtained funds onto the platform
• Impersonating oneself or another person
• Playing on behalf of minors or managing accounts for them
• Attempting to hack or reverse-engineer the game software or systems
• Obtaining bonuses or promotional benefits through fraudulent means
• Collecting or misusing the personal information of other users
• Any activity that could damage the reputation of the platform

6.2 Consequences of Violations

If evidence of any of the above activities is found, 367bd will immediately close the account, forfeit deposited funds and bonuses, and take legal action if necessary. In cases of serious financial crimes, the relevant authorities will be notified.

All content on the 367bd platform — logos, graphics, text, software, designs and other materials — is protected by 367bd's intellectual property rights. Using, reproducing or distributing these materials in any way without prior written permission is prohibited.
